3. Accuracy of Results

While we strive for accuracy, results from our EMI Calculator, ABB/Bank Statement Analyzer, and Loan Eligibility Calculator are estimates based on the data you provide and publicly available lending norms. We do not guarantee approval by any lender, and actual loan terms may differ. Final eligibility, interest rates, and approval remain solely at the lender's discretion.

4. CIBIL Score Check

Our free CIBIL check links to the official bank/credit bureau portal. LoanScan Pro is not a credit bureau and does not control or guarantee the score, report, or availability of that third-party service.

5. User Content and Uploads

When you upload files such as bank statements, GST returns, or ITR documents, you confirm that you have the right to upload and process that content, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

6. Lender Matching

Any lenders, NBFCs, or DSA partners referenced or matched through our Services are shown for informational purposes only. LoanScan Pro does not guarantee loan sanction, disbursal, or any specific interest rate from any matched lender.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on loanscanpro.com — text, design, logos, calculators, and software (excluding files you upload) — is the property of LoanScan Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanScan Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including financial losses resulting from reliance on tool outputs or lender decisions.

LoanScan Pro is an independent financial tools platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing CIBIL/TransUnion, any bank, NBFC, GSTN, or the Income Tax Department. Our CIBIL check tool simply links to official third-party portals for score retrieval.

All EMI, ABB, and eligibility figures shown are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute a loan offer, pre-approval, or guarantee of any kind. Actual loan approval, interest rate, and terms are decided solely by the respective lender based on their own policies and verification.

We strongly recommend verifying all figures with your bank or lender before making any financial decision based on our tools.

Refund Policy

LoanScan Pro's core tools — CIBIL check, EMI Calculator, Bank Statement Analyzer, and Loan Eligibility Calculator — are provided free of charge, so no payment is collected for standard use and no refund is applicable.
